Question1:How well does it clean on carpet? Does it suck well?

Answer:Our robot vacuum is ideal for low and medium pile carpet,but not perfect high pile carpet.The height of the pile should not over 0.79inch.

Question2:Why do the side brushes get bent? and it make the robotic vacuum doesn’t work.

Answer:Dear customer, please putting the brush in hot water for 3-5 seconds and it will return to its original shape.the side brush will return to its original state, and then install the side brush on the robot, then the robotic vacuum can operate normally.

Question3:I like this robot vacuum, but after robot vacuum worked great for a few weeks,then it started making a loud squeaking noise and not being able to drive very well.Any suggestions?

Answer:Dear customer, this is because the front wheel of the robot vacuum is full of dust or hair. Please use tweezers or a screwdriver to pry the front wheel down and clean up the garbage, and then install the front wheel back.In this way, the robot vacuum cleaner will not make a squeaking sound.
